Welcome to Outsiders Supply Co. These terms explain how ordering from us works. By placing an order or using shop.outsidershats.com, you agree to them. We've written them in plain language, and if anything here isn't clear, reach out at [email].

1. Who we are

Outsiders Supply Co. ("we," "us," "our") makes handmade, laser-engraved leather and leatherette patch hats. This store is operated by [Legal Business Name], [Business Address].

2. Custom orders

Every hat we sell is made to order based on the design, options, and quantities you choose. After you place an order:

• We send a digital proof of your patch design for review.
• Production begins only after you approve the proof. Revisions before approval are always free.
• Your approval confirms that the spelling, layout, colors, and details are correct. Please review carefully, because we produce exactly what you approve.

3. Your artwork and designs

When you upload a logo, image, or text, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it, and that it doesn't infringe anyone else's trademark, copyright, or other rights. You agree to hold us harmless if a claim arises from artwork you provided.

We may decline or cancel any order, with a full refund, if a design appears to infringe someone's rights or includes content we're not comfortable producing, such as hateful, obscene, or harassing material.

You keep all rights to your artwork. We use it only to produce your order.

4. Showing off our work

We love sharing what we make. Unless you tell us otherwise, we may photograph finished hats and share them on our website and social media. If you'd prefer we don't, just let us know when you order or anytime by emailing hatfactory@outsidershats.com, and we'll keep your order private.

5. Handmade materials

Our patches are handcrafted from leather and leatherette, and laser engraving naturally varies slightly with the material. Small differences in color, texture, and engraving tone from one patch to the next, or from what you see on screen, are part of the handmade character and aren't considered defects. Screen colors and previews are close representations, not exact matches.

6. Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice, but a price change never affects an order you've already placed. Volume pricing is applied based on the quantities in your order. Payment is collected in full at checkout.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a typo or system error, we'll contact you before production to either confirm the correct price or cancel and refund your order.

7. Production and shipping

Orders typically ship 2–4 weeks after proof approval. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, but we'll keep you updated if anything changes. Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information by email.

If you need hats by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know honestly whether we can make it.

8. Cancellations, returns, and remakes

You can cancel for a full refund anytime before you approve your proof. After approval, our Refund Policy applies. It covers how we make things right if you don't love your hats, including remakes for any mistake on our end.

9. Limitation of liability

We stand behind every hat we make. To the extent allowed by law, our total responsibility for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed event date due to carrier delays.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted when you place an order is the one that applies to that order.
